COVID19: Update to our community

To Our Dear Community,

We hope you and your loved ones are safe and well. We're working closely with our artisan partners in the Philippines to ensure everyone's health and safety.

Please note that Sinta & Co. is fully operational. We're continuing to ship and fulfill your orders. You can expect them to arrive within normal timelines.

We know this is a very volatile time, and we extend our sympathies to our couples and fellow wedding vendors who've been impacted by cancelled weddings and events.

We're thinking of you.

Some Important Details

• We're still accepting pre-orders. Please indicate your wedding date in your order so we can confirm the timelines with our partners. If you've previously placed a pre-order, we'll reach out to you personally to update you.
• Restocking will take time. The entire island of Luzon in Philippines is on 'enhanced community quarantine/lockdown'. 
• As a result, any sold out items on our website (including our cord and veil) will take several weeks to be restocked. We'll update you once we have more info.

And finally, please be kind.

This is a challenging time for everyone. Please show empathy and, if you're able to, reach out to assist someone else in need.

Stay home if you can, and be kind to those who can't. Many of our own family members can't afford to not work, so ask how you can assist and care for them during this stressful time. Check in with loved ones, and care for your own mental wellbeing.

And please continue to support small and local businesses. Many small businesses can't afford to go without revenue, and many individuals don't have the savings to go without work. By continuing to support a small business, you help ensure their people continue to receive income and care.
